The rules of the "trail"

Share the trails! Sometimes there are others who are using trails the same time you are. There's lots of trail out there (and COTA is adding more every day) but encounters will happen. Remember it's like the grocery store check-out line, everyone has an equal turn. Most people are out there enjoying the trails for the sake of fun and recreation. Tough day at the office? Everyone has the same right to enjoy the trails as you do. Be friendly, this ain't New Yawk! This is Oregon, people! It actually feels good to say "hello" to other riders and runners!

Jerseys are here!

The 2012 edition of the official COTA Cycling Jersey is now available! It is a DH-style (loose fitting) technical jersey, made for us by Primal Wear and available as long sleeve or short sleeve, retailing for $65. You can find yours at

REI Bend, Sunnyside Sports, Hutch's Bicycles (two locations in Bend, one in Redmond), WebCyclery, and at Cog Wild.  Proceeds from sales of each jersey go back to COTA and to your trails! Show your support in style!

Check out the stylish jerseys!
