The Maston Allotment

COTA is very pleased to announce that the BLM has finalized their Resource Management Plan for the 4,100-acre Maston Area located between the towns of Tumalo and Redmond. This plan formalizes the area, providing protection for the segregated networks of mountain bike and equestrian trails, with pedestrian use allowed on either system. Learn more

The Radlands

COTA is building new trails! Construction continues throughout the winter on an expanding trail system on the east side of Redmond.  The Redmond Area Parks and Recreation Department (RAPRD) will be overseeing this area of Deschutes County land. Learn more

Wanoga Event Complex

These trails are on the ground now and are rideable!  This is just the beginning. Conceived almost 10 years ago as an event specific trail network to allow for a variety of off-road bike and trail running events. Learn more

Crook County and Ochoco Trail Expansion

The Crook County Chapter of COTA is working in conjunction with USFS, BLM, other land managers and user groups to build and maintain trails throughout Crook County.  Learn More
