From Skyliners Road west of Bend, turn south on Road 4606, the road to Phil’s Trailhead. Continue on the paved road past the trailhead. When the pavement ends, take a left on the gravel road. The road becomes a white pumice road. Stay on the road for approximately two miles to a small parking area at The Lair.
