Advocacy, Collaboration and Education [ACE] Committee
Chair: Kira Sandiford
Email: Kira.sandiford@cotamtb.com
The Advocacy, Collaboration, and Education Committee—ACE for short—focuses on growing awareness of COTA’s mission and expanding the community that supports it. This team works to make sure that the people who use and love the trails understand who COTA is, what we do, and how they can be part of it. They build partnerships with other trail organizations, user groups, local businesses, and nonprofits, and show up at events to connect directly with the community.
ACE members take on a range of roles—from social media and storytelling to event planning and designing marketing materials—all working together to grow our membership base and strengthen the network of people who care about these trails.
Meetings: Virtual meetings twice a month, on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, usually 3-4:30pm
Time Commitment: 6+ hours/month
