Membership Program Officer

The Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA) is seeking a full-time Membership Program Officer to help grow and lead one of the most important parts of our organization: our membership program.

As a membership-powered nonprofit, 65% of COTA's annual funding comes directly from members. This role will oversee membership growth, data stewardship, community partnerships, marketing initiatives, and the systems that keep our fundraising programs running smoothly. Working closely with COTA's Development Director, the Membership Program Officer will play a key role in connecting people to trails and building the support needed to steward nearly 600 miles of trails across Central Oregon.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bend, Oregon with a starting salary of $68,000–$72,000 plus benefits.
